Step 1
Apply a thin coat of Step 1 Bond and allow it to dry completely.
Step 2
- Apply a thin coat of Step 2 Base and immediately dip fingernail into Base & Finish powder.
Step 3
- Carefully apply a coat of Step 2 Base, leaving a crescent moon shape along the cuticle end. Immediately dip the fingernail into JL-02.
Step 4
- Repeat for more coverage.

Step 5
- Using the narrow edge of the brush, carefully apply Step 2 Base to the crescent moon space by the cuticles. Immediately dip the fingernail into JL-07.
PRO TIP: Avoid getting the product onto cuticles, powder will pick up wherever Base is applied.
Step 6
- Tap finger to remove loose powder. Use a pointed tool like the Jelly pusher or a toothpick to clean the edges around the cuticles. Use a fluffy brush to sweep off excess powder. Repeat for more coverage.
Step 7
- On a small piece of foil, add a couple drops of Step 2 Base.
PRO TIP: Brushes may harden or pick up color powder during application. Simply switch them between Brush Softener for easy cleaning & workability.
Step 8
- Using a toothpick, apply Step 2 Base onto the nail to create seed shapes. Use a small scoop to immediately pour CL-64 over the nail.
Step 9
- Apply a thin coat of Step 2 Base to the entire nail and immediately dip fingernail into Base & Finish powder. Tap finger to remove loose powder, and use a fluffy brush to sweep off any excess.
Step 10
- Apply a coat of Step 3 Activator. Allow a few minutes for dip blend to harden.
PRO TIP: If you live in a humid climate, you may need to increase your dry time.
Step 11
- File and buff nails to achieve desired shape & smoothness.
Step 12
- Wash hands or use a lint-free wipe saturated in alcohol to clean the nails of filing debris.
PRO TIP: Make sure nails are completely dry before moving to the next step!
Step 13
- Apply a coat of Step 4 Sealer to the entire nail. Allow it to dry for 1-2 minutes.
Step 14
- Apply a second coat of Step 3 Activator. Allow the nails to dry for 5 full minutes.
PRO TIP: If you live in a humid climate, you may need to increase your dry time.
Step 15
- Use a lint-free wipe to remove excess activator from the nail surface.
PRO TIP: Make sure nails are completely dry before moving to the next step!
Step 16
- Apply a coat of Step 4 Sealer in thin, quick strokes. Allow 2-3 minutes for nails to dry.
Step 17
- Apply a final coat of Step 4 Sealer to the entire nail. Allow 3-5 minutes for nails to completely dry.
PRO TIP: Don't apply more than 2 consecutive coats of Sealer as this will prevent even drying & may result in a gummy mani.
